With Week 3 starting tomorrow, I wanted to give my picks for every game this week and keep this series going.
Week 2 Record: 10-6
Overall Record: 20-12
Thursday Night Football: New York Giants at San Francisco 49ers (-10), 8:15 PM
The Giants almost lost to the worst team in football. The 49ers are one of the best teams in football. This is an easy TNF win for the 49ers.
Score Prediction: 49ers 34, Giants 17
Sunday Slate:
Indianapolis Colts at Baltimore Ravens (-8), 1 PM
The Colts have been impressive the first two weeks but Anthony Richardson may be out and the Ravens are by far the better team. I have the Ravens taking the W.
Score Prediction: Ravens 31, Colts 17
Tennessee Titans at Cleveland Browns (-3), 1 PM
The Browns just lost one of their best players in Nick Chubb and are playing one of the best run defenses in the league this week. Deshaun Watson will need to step up if they want to win this game and I don't know if he will. Give me the Titans.
Score Prediction: Titans 23, Browns 17
Denver Broncos at Miami Dolphins (-6.5), 1 PM
The Russell Wilson has been a huge fail, with its newest installment being a blown lead to the Commanders. They now have to travel to Miami to play the league's hottest offenses. The Broncos fall to 0-3 while Russell Wilson's seat gets hotter.
Score Prediction: Dolphins 34, Broncos 20
New England Patriots (-2.5) at New York Jets, 1 PM
As we all expected, the Zach Wilson experience hasn't changed one bit as the Jets got mollywhopped in their game against the Cowboys. The Jets now have to play another game against a top defense. Jets lose again.
Score Prediction: Patriots 24, Jets 14
Buffalo Bills (-6.5) at Washington Commanders, 1 PM
The Bills got back on track after their embarrassing loss in Week 1, while the Commanders are a surprising 2-0, I like the Bills a little more in this one.
Score Prediction: Bills 31, Commanders 20
Atlanta Falcons at Detroit Lions (-3.5), 1 PM
The Falcons are another surprising 2-0 team, I expect their undefeated streak to end here though. Lions will bounce back after their shootout loss to the Seahawks.
Score Prediction: Lions 30, Falcons 20
New Orleans Saints at Green Bay Packers (-2)
I have been impressed with how the Packers have played so far and the Saints are undefeated but have played two so-so teams. I expect another NFC South to lose their first game.
Score Prediction: Packers 24, Saints 21
Houston Texans at Jacksonville Jaguars (-9.5), 1 PM
C.J. Stroud has looked every bit the part of a franchise QB, but the wins haven't come yet. I expect that to continue as they have to travel to face Trevor Lawrence and the best team in the AFC South.
Score Prediction: Jaguars 31, Texans 17
Los Angeles Chargers at Minnesota Vikings (EVEN), 1 PM
Two playoff teams that are struggling to start the year face off, and I don't know who to pick. My gut is telling me that the Chargers and Justin Herbert get their first win.
Score Prediction: Chargers 28, Vikings 24
Carolina Panthers at Seattle Seahawks (-6), 4:05 PM
Bryce Young hasn't shown me anything impressive yet, while the Seahawks had an impressive win against the Lions. I'll take them.
Score Prediction: Seahawks 27, Panthers 17
Chicago Bears at Kansas City Chiefs (-12.5), 4:25 PM
The Bears aren't good. The Chiefs are one of the best teams in the NFL. Take the Chiefs and any bets that come with them.
Score Prediction: Chiefs 35, Bears 13
Dallas Cowboys (12.0) at Arizona Cardinals, 4:25 PM
Another one of the worst teams versus one of the best teams matchup for Week 3. I'll take the Cowboys in this matchup and I would pick them to cover.
Score Prediction: Cowboys 34, Cardinals 10
Pittsburgh Steelers at Las Vegas Raiders (-2.5), 8:20 PM
I'm not a believer in either team but I like the Steelers defensive unit out of any other unit in this game. So I'll bet on them.
Score Prediction: Steelers 24, Raiders 17
Monday Night Football:
Philadelphia Eagles (-5) at Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 7:15 PM Even with their struggles, the Eagles are undefeated and are one of the best teams in the league. I expect them to put the final nail in the coffin of the undefeated NFC South teams.
Score Prediction: Eagles 34, Buccaneers 20
Los Angeles Rams at Cincinnati Bengals (-2), 8:15 PM
If Joe Burrow doesn't play, give me the Rams. As of now, Joe Burrow is expected to play so I like the Bengals to finally get in the win column after a disappointing two weeks.
Score Prediction: Bengals 28, Rams 20
