Rapid-Fire Reviews: The Kid LAROI, PinkPantheress, Rick Ross & Meek Mill

Bryant

With a lot of music dropping this week, I brought back Rapid-Fire Reviews, so let's dive in!

THE FIRST TIME - The Kid LAROI

The fall-off or switch-up is crazy on this one. Now that Laroi is with Scooter Braun and not Grade A the music has shifted into more pop music and strayed away from rap. When he goes back to his original sound, it sounds good. I like some of these songs but most of them are painfully average.

Best Song: I THOUGHT THAT I NEEDED YOU

Worst Song: NIGHTS LIKE THIS

5/10

Heaven knows - PinkPantheress

Heaven knows cover
via Warner Music UK

There is good music on this album. The only problem with this album is that it starts to sound too samey. Once she diversifies her sound and hones her sound more, she will be a star but for now, I think this album is just okay.

Best Song: Nice to meet you (feat. Central Cee)

Worst Song: Ophelia

5.5/10

Too Good To Be True - Rick Ross & Meek Mill

This album is decent. The only problem is it's boring after a while and should have come out 10 years ago. The rapping is good but I don't believe either of these rappers has enough to make this long of an album without switching up either of their styles. It's decent though.

Best Song: Above the Law

Worst Song: Pillow Talk
